I wanted to write a few words expressing my satisfaction at your having done my windows. As I may have told you, I had called you and one other person to come and give me an estimate. I was extremely impressed with your returning my phone message promptly, and scheduling to come out and look over the job and to give me an estimate on the work I needed to be done. Your cheerful and professional demeanor convinced me that you were the one to do the job. You were very helpful in offering a selection of films, as well as recommending which would look best and be the most efficient in the different sun exposed rooms. Our house is an old colonial with some floor to ceiling windows, and old 1800s glass in many window panes. A great deal of sun streams in from the South and east, and western exposures. Your expertise in educating me as to the level of tints best suited to the living room, dining room, library, master bedroom and bath, as well as my daughter’s room, has helped to protect my antiques, prints, rugs, and furniture from sun damage and fading. This winter I have already noticed my heating bill has been less (even with the higher prices) and this past summer, the house was cool even with the hot sun beating down. Definitely, we have noticed a difference! I think of it as… I never go outside, into the sun, without sunglasses and sunscreen on….why would I wish to leave my house and furnishings exposed to all the sun’s damaging effects?
But mostly Tim, it was the pleasure of having you come into our home and do all the necessary prep work, the cleaning of the windows, measuring, cutting the film, placing the film onto the windows, that I remember the easiest part for us. As you were quiet, unobtrusive, cheerful, showed up at the time you said you would, were EXTREMELY neat, cleaned up at the end of each day, and always returned on time the next day. It was truly our pleasure to have you working in our home. And many thanks to you and Pro-Film for helping to keep the damaging effects of the sun from filtering inside our home!
